Refund policy

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. 

The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging to qualify for a return. 

If you wish to return an item please contact Belle Lampshades at bellelampshades@mail.com and we will provide details of where to send your goods.  We will then refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at bellelampshades@mail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition and we will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Belle Lampshades reserves the right to cancel an order which has been paid for, offering the customer a full refund in doing so, should this be unavoidable.
