Shipping policy

Please allow 24 hours to process your order. 

Expect an email within this time to let you know your order is on the way.

Orders of goods in stock are usually shipped within 24 hours on business days, usual delivery can be expected within 3-5 business days using Royal Mail or Evri postage with proof of postage.   We will aim to issue customers with details for tracking their delivery.  Packaging may have been recycled to help reduce plastic waste.  

Orders for ‘Sewn to Order’ goods will be delivered within 4 weeks from placing the order, subject to availability of materials.  Belle Lampshades reserve the right for this period to be extended (within a reasonable time) if materials for these orders are unexpectedly subject to delay or suddenly become unavailable.  Belle Lampshades will communicate any delay immediately. 

At this time we offer shipping to the UK and select EU destinations.  Duties on EU deliveries are not included and to be paid by the customer on receipt.
